Do you have any discounts?

Simply apply the code provided on our homepage at the final step of checkout and you will see the discount deduct automatically from your cart total. These promotions are offered daily, so please continue to check back with us often for any new offers.

Why can't I find an item on your site?
Our website is updated daily and new inventory is added frequently. If you do not see your item or size available, then we unfortunately do not have this item in stock.

All available sizes for a particular item are displayed on the product detail page. If the item is no longer available in a certain size, that size will be grayed out.

Unfortunately, we do not have time frames for when or if an item will become available and we cannot place out of stock items on back-order.
Because our website is updated daily, we ask that you please continue to review our online catalog for the most up-to-date product information.

How do I Cancel or Change my order?

We're fans too and want you to represent your team as soon as possible!

We make every effort to process your order the minute it's placed, therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been submitted. If an update is needed, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.

Important Information:

While we will make every effort to update your order, the following items cannot be modified or cancelled once your order is placed

Personalized Manufacturer Direct Items - These are items with any customizations, including player names/numbers or personal requests, produced by a third party vendor

Because of the production timeframe for these items, we are unable to make changes once the order is submitted.

Why didn't all of my items ship together?

Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day of order processing. In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in more than one package. Reason why items may ship separately:



Order contains a large amount of items that must be shipped in more than one package
Order contains a Special Event Item that has a unique shipping date (see also special event ltems)
Order contains a Manufacturer Direct Item that ships from the designated manufacturer (see also manufacturer direct)
Items in order are shipping from more than one shipping facility.

If your items are going to be shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package that is sent.

Only one shipping fee will be charged and as items become available for shipment they will be delivered with the shipping method selected.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

We apologize if you have received a damaged or defective item and will gladly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please note: All damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 90 days of your order's ship date. Manufacturer Direct items must be reported within 30 days. If we are notified of your damaged item(s) after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.

If you are reporting a damaged/defective item, please follow the instructions below to receive a refund or replacement:

Contact us and let us know of your issue. Be sure to have your order number ready and a Fan Advocate will be happy to assist you!
Once you have contacted us, you can return your item. Simply fill out the return form and ship your defective item back to us using the prepaid return label. By contacting us, we will be able to waive the return label fee for you.
If possible, the Fan Advocate will replace your item immediately. If you prefer a refund, the item will need to be returned to us first and your refund will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise.
